Pening kepala...

Managing helpdesk is one of my daily task...so, I received lotsa emails from public, be it parents or the prospective students who are very keen to know about our university. Ada yang tanya pasal program yang ditawarkan, ada yang ada problem nak isi borang online dan macam macam lagilah pertanyaan/komplen/cadangan. But I'm not complaining about the numerous emails I got..cuma yang memeningkan kepala otak dan pedih mata nak baca email yang beratus ratus tu ialah the languages these people used especially the prospective students....Cikgu English pun mau surrender angkat bendera putih kalau baca...Yang Cikgu BM pulak mungkin ada yang rasa nak tercekik baca tulisan budak budak nih...macam takde adab pun yer jugak....Ni antara email yang tanya pasal kemasukan....Semua copy paste bulat bulat dari email.

"ingin mencuba nasib di uni**.." - so applylah...tak kan tak reti reti...

"apply uni**" - seriously, ini aje ayat budak ni....

"sent application foam" - buih apa ko nak?

"nak borang jgkkkkkkkk" - camni gaya nak mintak pos borang ek?

"kat uni** ade x aeronautik or marine engineer?? ade pape borg yg perlu di ambil??? untuk lpasan SPM 2008....dan boleh x bagi jwpan melalui msg kpd hp saye..01XXXXXXXX...sebab jrang sgt online..." - why not take the initiative to go to CC or call the admission department???

"saya amat amat berminat untuk menyertai m*at....ini adalah apa yang saya idam idamkan........m*at......tunggu
aku......." - This is soooooooo dramatic...ingat ni wayang gambar ker apa?

I really wonder camni ker gaya bahasa bila nak hantar formal email? Why not take the initiative to write in a more formal way? Tu tak termasuk lagi yang hantar email macam chatting dengan kengkawan...Habih semua dishortformkan....Pening kami baca...Ada pulak lagi yang bahasa Inggerisnya, alahai...budak darjah 6 pun tau tulis lagi bagus...simple ayat pun takperlah...ni berbelit belit ayatnyer...Biar simple tapi orang faham takper....Tengok email kat bawah nih...Juga dicopy bulat bulat dari email.

I read it more than three times...Duhhhhh !!!!

"I want asked little question on my status is inside application UNIKL.1.when perhaps I would be able replies on application me at UNIKL.for all document requested had been sent and money RM10 had been included inside UNIKL.but still now account any unknowable answered...each my time waiting and visit website UNIKL to know status but not change at all.so I hope very UNIKL's party able accelerate notification of my status so that facilitate I to continue learn..thanks" - Another one which made me read more than 3 times....Duuhh !!!!!

Hari yang sangat meletihkan kepala otak...the emails made it worse...Somebody save me !!!!!!
